This program is specifically designed to provide food stakeholders the essential knowledge and tools to prevent food contamination and to be in compliance with international standard operating procedures for food safety.
How did our first Food Safety And Best Practices training program go?
Our last training program, conducted at Academy of Culinary of Arts Cambodia, received an overwhelming feedback of satisfaction from more than 25 trainees who came from various sectors of the F&B sectors.
The program is organized by b.Consulting Cambodia, a hospitality, food and beverage consulting expert and led by experienced trainers from Institut Pasteur Du Cambodge who are experts in food safety and quality management. The training program covers a wide range of topics, including food contamination prevention, foodborne illnesses, food storage and case studies of HACCP, which is a systematic approach to identify and prevent hazards in the food production process.

Venue : Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia - Phnom Penh
This one and/or two-day training program is open to everyone in the food industry, from beginners to experts. Trainings are given in Khmer and content is delivered in two languages - English and Khmer.
